Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 7th Annual Great American Distillers Festival - the largest gathering of craft distillers in the country.
Volunteers are needed from 12pm to 7pm each day on Saturday and Sunday October 22 and 23, 2011 at the Left Bank Annex at 101 North Weidler Street, Portland, OR 97214. There will be two 3.5 hour shifts each day. You can sign up for one or both shifts each day.
We are looking for two types of volunteers: those with a valid OLCC permit to be partnered with a distillery and pour spirits and those without permits to be runners, security, and generally be helpful. You will be asked to show your OLCC permit upon arriving at the venue. You can apply for a permit here: www.happyhourtraining.com/online
Volunteers received free admittance to the festival, and $8 hoppoes/hour. Hoppoes are the official currency of the Rogue Nation.

Please note: You will be asked to sign and data a copy of an agreement at the event prior to your service that says:
I understand that there is absolutely no drinking allowed before or while on duty. I understand that if I am found drinking I will forfeit my pay and be asked to leave. Therefore, I will not drink before or during my shift(s).
